Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket times can be rescheduled when the Box Office is notified more than 24 hours in advance of your show time, so long as ticket inventory allows. There is a $10 rescheduling fee per order. 

Tickets are $25 + nonrefundable ticket processing fee. Ticket processing fee will not be refunded for any reason, including refunds due to weather cancelation. 

Each person will need a ticket for entry. Children ages 2 and under will not need a ticket for entry.

There is no late arrival. Be sure to arrive early, as guests will not be permitted to join the show after it has begun. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals. 

Canceled tickets are updated on the website below and become available to the first person who can snatch them up. There is no waitlist for this event.

Creative City Project creates shows with accessibility in mind. However, due to the nature of our path through the venue, this show is not recommended for wheelchairs. Strollers are also not recommended, but can be used for a portion of the route.

We will monitor the weather each day and will notify ticket holders by 2pm if a rain plan becomes necessary for the day of their scheduled show.
